This delicate rice from the valleys of Chhatisgarh is known as Bhagwan Bhog, said to be a “sister variety” of the better known Govind Bhog of Bengal. It is similar in aroma and taste but has a thinner grain size.

This rice has been cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers and is hand-pounded so it retains its full flavor and is of high nutritional value.
