Mace, or Javitri, is the lacy, reddish outer covering of the nutmeg seed, known for its warm, slightly sweet, and delicately spiced aroma. Sufalaam’s Mace is sourced from Kanjirapally Estate in Kerala, where a few nutmeg trees have been lovingly tended in kitchen gardens for decades. Though not certified chemical-free, the produce is carefully grown and harvested with residue-free standards.
This 50g pack contains whole, high-aroma mace, dried to a golden-orange or pale yellow hue and crackled texture—perfect for elevating both savoury and sweet dishes.
