While not certified organic, this moong is grown without chemicals or pesticides using traditional irrigation methods, making it 100% naturally grown.
The skin contains fibre and additional nutrients. Keeping it intact enhances both nutrition and digestion.
Moong chilka is split, so it’s not ideal for sprouting. For sprouts, we recommend whole green gram.
Soak for 2–3 hours and pressure cook with turmeric and salt, then temper with your favourite spices.
