Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Sufalaam, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic food products that meet our customers’ expectations. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the nature of our perishable goods.

2. Products Covered

This Policy applies to all physical and perishable goods sold under the Sufalaam brand, including but not limited to organic grains, spices, ghee, oils, seasonal vegetables, and fresh fruits.

3. Non-Returnable Categories

Returns shall not be accepted for:

(i) Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

(ii) Customized packaging or specially packed items.

(iii) Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

(iv) Clearance sale, discounted, or bundled items.

(v) Gift cards, digital products, or services.

4. Eligibility for Return

A return request may be raised only under the following circumstances:

(i) The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.

(ii) The wrong product has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, taste preferences, or change of mind.

To qualify for a return:

(i) The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sealed.

(ii) All batch/lot numbers and labels must be intact and legible.

5. Return Window

The customer must initiate a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

The same return period applies for both online and offline purchases.

Weekends and public holidays are included in the calculation of the return window.

6. Return Procedure

Customers may initiate a return request by sending an email to [email protected] with:

(i) Order ID / Invoice number

(ii) Photographs showing the product condition

(iii) Reason for return

All returns require prior approval from Sufalaam’s customer service team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

7. Pickup and Shipping

Pickup: Wherever serviceable, Sufalaam will arrange pickup from the customer’s address.

Self-return: If pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to courier the item to Sufalaam’s return address as communicated over email.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, shipping costs will be borne by Sufalaam.

In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

8. Refunds and Replacements

Customers may choose between a refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

No restocking or processing fees are charged for eligible returns.

9. Partial Returns

Partial returns of an order are permitted, provided each returned item meets the eligibility and condition requirements stated above.

10. International Returns

At present, international returns are not accepted.
