Shipping Guidelines

A complete postal address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number is required to help us process and ship your order. Please double-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
• If some of the items ordered are out of stock, we will produce them and dispatch them within 10 working days. We will keep you updated in such cases.

Delivery Schedule

• Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM.
• Public holidays and Sundays are not considered working days.
• Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays from our courier partners.
