The full bran wheat flour in this packet is a local variety of wheat grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides at the organic certified Chakrasan farm which was awarded by the Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board in 2018 for sound ecological management. This farm is situated in the western part of the Doon Valley and is fed by the clean clear headwaters of the Yamuna river.
